The Maine Alliance for Care at Home aims to be a unified voice for affordable, accessible, quality home care and hospice services. From hospice to skilled home care, private duty nursing to assistance with activities of daily living, our members are providing care at home for Mainers of all ages.

Advocacy & Government Affairs
Our Government Affairs Committee and year-round advocacy efforts bring your concerns directly to policymakers. Our team can help you unravel policy and be a conduit to help you navigate and address problems your business is facing.
Education & Resources
As a member, you’ll receive regular updates from national organizations like CMS, The National Alliance for Care at Home, NHPCO and others via our monthly newsletter. You’ll also get legislative updates and notifications when your input is needed.
In 2025, we offered 17 different educational webinar series with our partners, including the Hospice and Home Care Webinar Network. Members saved $1,600/person on registration fees.
Business Resources
Utilize our member listserv to connect quickly with fellow providers to share ideas, ask questions and collaborate. Post your open positions for free on our job board for promotion across the state.
